🧭 About the Roles

We are currently hiring for two full-time Property Manager positions:

🔹 Option A – Portfolio Manager (Tenancy-Focused)
Manage a stable portfolio of 150+ properties end-to-end (leasing tasks not required). Ideal for structured, process-driven candidates with strong client communication skills.

🔹 Option B – Hybrid PM + Leasing
Manage 70+ properties, and take ownership of the company’s leasing activities – including open inspections, application processing, entry/exit condition reports, and onboarding. This role suits someone energetic and adaptable, with strong customer focus.

While most properties are located in metro Melbourne, occasional field flexibility is appreciated.

What you need to succeed

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager in VIC

Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency highly regarded

Agent’s Representative Certificate

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Well-organised, with the ability to work independently while being part of a team
