Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (South Yarra Area), this role is based in gorgeous corporate offices, so a step away from real estate street frontage.

The company is a very high end brand and with their luxury portfolios, the successful candidate will need to be very comfortable and capable in this area.

The role will oversee the management of a small prestige portfolio and is very relationship based, so would be ideal for those property manager's who love the client side of property management, particular as many of the clients are high-net-worth.

The position will join a great, experienced and friendly property management team, who provide events and catch ups throughout the year. The office space provides for quiet areas, a thorough modern kitchen space and first class amenities in this lovely part of Melbourne.

This role will come with full training provided by Team Leaders, so you will always feel supported.

The property managers are provided with plenty of additional support, from Leasing Consultants, Assistant Property Manager's and VA's and the role is offered Monday to Friday - if Saturday's are ever worked, time in lieu is provided.

The ideal candidate will be working as an Assistant Property Manager with a high end company ready to make a move or come from 1 to 2 years property management experience, be exceptionally well presented and ready for a long term career opportunity.
