They're known for delivering quality products and outstanding service. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager.
To support and grow an already established client base across Victoria.
About the Role:
As a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager, you'll represent a portfolio of leading apparel brands.
This is a client-facing role involving regular onsite visits, showroom appointments, and remote customer engagement via phone and email.
While experience in the garment industry is a plus, full product training and client introductions will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company and its brands with honesty and integrity
Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and trends
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Stay up to date on new product lines and market developments
Accurately maintain client information and interactions in a CRM system
Skills / Experience:
Proven success in sales/account management, ideally within a high-volume consumer or apparel industry
Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A valid Driver's Licence is essential
