Are you a commercially minded BDM / Account Manager or Relationship Manager tired of transactional sales? Keen to work in an industry with purpose, where your efforts help drive real environmental impact?
We’re working with a specialist provider of energy efficiency solutions – to find a relationship-first sales professional who’s ready to take ownership of an existing portfolio, reactivate warm clients, and help businesses take meaningful steps toward net zero.
This isn’t your typical “churn-and-burn” BDM gig. It’s a hybrid of sales, strategy, and long-term partnership building – and it’s backed by a supportive, engineering-led culture where sales is truly respected.
What You’ll Be Doing
Take ownership of a territory (NSW or VIC based) and manage a portfolio of existing and passive clients
Reignite interest and deepen relationships with organisations that have previously engaged Bridgeford’s services
Support tenders and proposals – but focus on the relationship, not just paperwork
Identify gaps and opportunities in client operations where Bridgeford’s energy solutions can deliver real value
Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to ensure tailored, high-quality delivery
Champion a net-zero future through consultative, ethical sales
What’s On Offer
$120K Base + $12K Car Allowance + Comms (OTE ~$155K–$165K)
Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days/week once ramped

What We’re Looking For
Background in B2B solution sales, account management, or consultative selling
High emotional intelligence – you’re a listener, not just a talker
Ability to balance empathy and commercial outcomes – relationship-first, but results-focused
Some technical curiosity – you don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to “get it”
Sales mindset with a service heart – the right fit matters more than your industry
