About the Role:

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position with a mix of internal sales, admin, and warehouse support. You’ll be involved across several key areas of the business:

Assisting customers via phone, email, and in person

Visiting customers to support relationships and grow sales

Processing customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups

Ordering stock from suppliers via online portals

Picking and packing daily warehouse orders

Making local deliveries to customers when required

Helping customers transition to our online ordering system

Supporting internal CRM, pricing, and sales reporting

Starting with training in the warehouse to learn products and systems

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and confident communicator

Strong attention to detail and task follow-through

Good computer skills – confident navigating online systems

Willingness to get involved in both admin and physical work

Current driver's licence required for deliveries and customer visits

Positive, reliable, and team-oriented

Experience in sales, admin, customer service or warehouse is great –
but not essential

Previous experience will be well rewarded — but the right attitude is what matters most.
