As the demand for our products continues to rise, we're seeking a motivated Sales Qualifier Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional service while supporting internal sales and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly

Assist with order placement, tracking, freight coordination, and product support

Support customers in navigating our online ordering platforms

Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment

Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system

Provide general administrative support including data entry and file management

Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating where necessary

Assist with internal pricing queries and service support

Contribute to team improvement initiatives
