We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care & Sales Assistant to join our team at PPC ID Solutions (PPC). This role provides a vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You’ll be responsible for both proactive customer care and administrative support across sales, supplies, and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care (30-50% of the role)

Make outbound calls to new customers to verify contact details, ensure systems are running smoothly, and maintain satisfaction.

Conduct customer courtesy calls to past customers and perform data cleansing.

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to support revenue growth.

Sales & Admin Support

Assist with order processing, invoicing, and post-sales administration.

Follow up on installations and assist with customer onboarding.

Maintain accurate records in SugarCRM and support lead management reporting.

Cross-Team Assistance

Provide support across supplies, hardware, and wholesale teams during staff leave.

Organise ribbon returns and replacements, and handle freight queries.

Support bureau fulfilment as needed based on business growth.

Skills & Attributes

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent written communication, especially for email correspondence.

Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.

Attention to detail in data handling and customer interactions.

Proficient in SugarCRM and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Well-spoken with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to improving customer experience.
