What Your Days Could Look Like:

Supporting the sales team from listing to settlement

Preparing contracts, sales documents, and marketing material

Coordinating open homes, client meetings, and inspections

Proof and approve property marketing materials

Book and manage advertising across print and digital platforms

Preparing brochures, signboards, and online marketing collateral

Coordinating photo shoots, signage, floorplans, and property campaigns

Managing communication between clients, solicitors, and stakeholders

Updating and maintaining online property listings

Tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics

Assisting with post-sale admin and compliance

(Bonus!) Trust accounting experience is highly valued!

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:

Previous experience in real estate sales admin or office coordination

A current QLD Certificate of Registration - legally, a must!

Strong time management and clear communication

A calm, proactive attitude and attention to detail
