What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key part of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping sales operations running smoothly, ensuring processes are organised, and supporting stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date information.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Assisting in the creation, updating, and management of sales brochures, marketing collateral, and specification documents.
Keeping the sales server, price lists, and stock lists updated and accessible for internal teams and external partners.
Maintaining and distributing house and land package materials, ensuring they are accurate for prospective buyers.
Supporting the sales team by ensuring the latest brochures, plans, and promotional materials are always correct and available.
Contract & Administration Support:
Assisting with contract preparation and administration, ensuring all documents are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Following up with stakeholders, including finance teams, clients, and legal representatives, to track contract progress, finance approvals, and settlement timeframes.
Managing client files and documentation, ensuring they are properly stored, updated, and accessible for the sales team.
Coordinating contract amendments and ensuring all parties are informed of any changes.
Stakeholder & Process Coordination:
Liaising with external developers, agents, and finance teams to gather updates on land registration, settlements, and contract milestones.
Tracking and following up on lot registrations and land settlements, ensuring clients and internal teams are informed of key updates.
Supporting sales consultants by preparing necessary documentation, reports, and updates.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably in real estate or construction.
✔ A positive, can-do attitude with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
✔ A collaborative mindset, able to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment.
