Key Account Manager (Tipping) to join a leading team in the waste management industry!

In this pivotal role, based in Camellia, NSW, you'll be the central point of contact for all tipping-related services, including demolition waste (bricks/concrete), NDD (vac trucks), and excavation sand. You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent client service by combining commercial oversight with proactive customer engagement and internal coordination.

What you'll be doing:

Client Relationship Management: Grow and manage relationships with key tipping clients, handling all enquiries and communications.

Commercial Optimisation: Monitor and manage stock levels across yards to prevent overfilling or underutilisation, ensuring sites remain functional and profitable

Pricing Strategy: Set tipping rates to maximise revenue, adjusting pricing based on demand, competitor behaviour, and stock levels.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with Customer Service, Allocations, and Operations teams to ensure clear communication and consistency across all tipping activities.

Rejected Load Oversight: Oversee the rejected load process, manage customer communications, and review trends for EPA compliance.

Market & Competitor Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activities, stock levels, and pricing to inform strategic decisions.
