Senior Account Manager
Network Solutions Group (NetSG) is a Managed Networks and Telecommunications company with our own network presence across Australia and New Zealand. We deliver end to end network solutions including Enterprise Networking, Telecoms and Cloud across Enterprise, Cloud and Service Provider segments.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base while also identifying opportunities for expansion within these accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients and internal teams to maintain and expand our customer base
Schedule and run regular customer meetings as required with agenda, minutes and actions
Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Report on the status of accounts through Salesforce CRM software
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Account Manager, or relevant role
Industry experience in IT&T such as Managed Service Providers
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
Current Sales Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper or other vendor equivalent certifications.
Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
