What You’ll Be Doing

• List, market, and sell properties in line with WA legislation and agency standards
• Conduct appraisals, open homes, and private inspections
• Negotiate sales and prepare compliant contracts and offers
• Liaise with settlement agents, conveyancers, and clients to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records and meet all compliance and CPD requirements
• Deliver exceptional client service with regular, transparent updates
• Prospect for new business and manage leads through CRM systems

What You’ll Need

• Certificate IV & up to date CPD
• Passionate & Determined Sales Agent
• Triennial holder (essential)
