Grainger Real Estate, a boutique agency located in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, is seeking a dynamic individual to manage & grow our small rental portfolio and assist our Sales Director with day-to-day sales administration and marketing tasks.

The Role Includes:

Managing a small, clean portfolio of rental properties

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople

Conducting ingoing/outgoing & routine inspections and coordinating maintenance

Preparation of new leases & screening applications

Assisting the Sales Director with sales administration and marketing campaigns

Supporting open homes and client communications

What We’re Looking For:

Agents Representative Certificate (essential); Full Real Estate License (highly desirable)

Previous experience in property management or real estate administration

Strong communication and organisational skills

Tech-savvy with a good grasp of real estate software and social media

A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
