Clinical Care Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Port- Melbourne, Vic
Part-Time – 3 Days per Week
$120K Salary (Pro Rata)

We currently have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Clinical Care Manager to join a fast-paced business that has developed a strong reputation for delivering quality care.
About the Role
As Clinical Care Manager, you will manage and oversee the Clinical Governance of our NDIS, ACIS, and In-Home Aged Care client base.
This is a rewarding yet challenging role that requires a high-calibre professional with extensive knowledge of NDIS/NDIA, Home Care Packages, and My Aged Care. Your strong clinical assessment skills, ethical approach, and attention to detail will be key to maintaining the highest standards and preparing for clinical governance audits.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor appropriate quality controls in line with Accreditation and Quality Framework
Prevent risks and maintain safe practices across services
Lead excellent standards of care delivery to our client base
Manage all Clinical Governance activities
Coordinate internal and external audit processes
Provide timely reports to Directors and manage workload proactively
Foster a positive work culture and environment
Skills & Requirements
Tertiary qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current AHPRA Registration and Indemnity Insurance
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Clinical Care Manager in the Community and/or Residential setting
Strong knowledge of NDIS/NDIA, Home Care Packages, and My Aged Care frameworks
High-level analytical, reporting, technical, and administrative skills
Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, delegation, and time management abilities
Professional adaptability with the ability to manage emerging challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated with a sincere level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness
Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor of Nursing – RN
Current AHPRA Registration
Current Indemnity Insurance
First Aid and CPR certification
National Criminal History Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Preferred / Highly Regarded
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Clinical Governance within the community sector
Advanced knowledge of NDIA, NDIS, HCP, and My Aged Care
Knowledge of latest legislation in relation to Aged Care and NDIS
Advanced Wound Care knowledge or certification
Training and Assessment Accreditation
