About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Conveyancer for an immediate start to join our team at Hutchinson Legal in Ringwood, Victoria. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth property transactions for our valued clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity for your skills and expertise to make a significant impact.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and lodging all necessary documentation for property transfers, including contracts, transfers, and settlements

Conducting title and property searches to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely transaction processing

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems to support the conveyancing process

Providing advice and guidance to clients on their legal rights and obligations throughout the property transaction

Staying up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Conveyancer, with a proven track record of successful property transactions and good references

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure

Proficient in the use of conveyancing software and legal research tools

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A tertiary qualification in law, conveyancing, or a related field
