What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a respected Commercial and Property team where you’ll manage a varied residential and off-the-plan conveyancing file load, working closely with senior lawyers and directors.

• Run residential and off-the-plan conveyancing files end-to-end
• Draft and review contracts, perform searches, organise settlements
• Liaise with clients, banks and government bodies
• Prepare PEXA settlements and maintain file accuracy
• Contribute to team culture and participate in client service initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience in conveyancing or property law
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Confidence using PEXA and working across ARNECC/SRO frameworks
• A collaborative, team-first attitude and good time management
