THE FIRM

A well established conveyancing firm handling residential, commercial and off the plan matters.

Has a reputable standing in the community and receives many referrals from local businesses including real estate agents, buyers advocates and clients.

THE ROLE

Working autonomously handling sale and purchase files on behalf of a wide range of clients including "mums and dads", local investors and small developers.

Off the Plan (purchases and sales).

Knowledge of Owners Corporation, purchases through Trusts, Companies and Super Funds an advantage.

YOU

Experienced in handling residential files, sale & purchase.

Able to run a file from end to end

Knowledge of Off the Plan, Owners Corporation, purchases through Super Funds, Companies etc an advantage.

Familiar with all aspects of residential transactions from the point of initial instruction through to settlement.

Able to work autonomously.

Proficiency with conveyancing software a must, ideally Tri Convey. Must have experience with PEXA, Duties Online, Info Track.

Strong communication skills are also a prerequisite as this role will see a high level of client interaction.
