A well established Commercial law firm located in Malvern.

The firm boasts a well established client base servicing high net worth clients. Practice areas include commercial, commercial litigation, commercial property, probate, wills, estate litigation, and conveyancing.

The Role

You will work on a range of property matters including residential and commercial sales and purchases. Subdivisions, Off the plan - both purchases and sales. Purchases through Trusts, and Super Funds. Related party transfers and Transmission applications.

You

Are an experienced Conveyancer able to handle files autonomously from end to end.

Will have worked on conveyancing matters for 10+ years.

Will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and committed to developing strong client relationships.

Will have excellent research, writing and negotiation skills.

Will exhibit strong problem solving and time management skills;

Will be motivated and career-orientated; and

Will be professionally presented with initiative and superior communication skills.

Will have experience using Duties Online (DOL) for stamp duty assessments and payments.

Will have demonstrated proficiency using PEXA for electronic settlements and transactions.

Will be experienced with LEAP practice management software and Microsoft Office suite

Will hold relevant conveyancing qualification or practising certificate for Victoria.
