The Opportunity

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm based on Brisbane’s Southside that’s looking to welcome a Conveyancing Paralegal to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s confident running residential conveyancing files autonomously and looking for long-term stability and flexibility.

While the office is located in Eight Mile Plains, the firm is happy to offer a fully remote or hybrid working arrangement for the right person once training is complete.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own files from initial instruction through to settlement (around 30–35 matters monthly)
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing settlement statements, and handling PEXA settlements
• Liaising with a range of parties including clients, brokers, banks, and other solicitors
• Handling searches, conditions, and general day-to-day file work
• Occasionally assisting on commercial and off-the-plan transactions

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years’ experience handling QLD residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
• Fluent Mandarin language skills – written and verbal – to support a diverse client base
• Experience using Actionstep (or similar conveyancing software) is desirable
• Strong communication, time management, and file-handling skills
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
