We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a conveyancer to join our corporate team on a full time basis.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent client service in conveyancing matters across all States (predominately Victoria). An exciting opportunity exists for the right applicant to build on and advance their career. The successful applicant will be a keen worker, motivated to build and develop their career, and a good communicator who can work well within a team as well as independently. A successful candidate will:

have demonstrated experience in handling their own conveyancing matters from start to finish

be proficient in using PEXA and Duties online

have experience in conveyancing in Victoria and ideally multiple other States

have the skills necessary to review property contracts of sale and note “red flags” and other issues

have a high level of attention to detail

have good communication and time management skills

develop and maintain the quality and standard of the documents, correspondence and advice used in conveyancing matters

assist in developing firm knowledge and precedents

manage complex conveyancing transactions including managing client’s expectations and timeframes

have experience using Microsoft Office and Affinity (ideal, but not mandatory)
