About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join the team at RJ Legal in Doncaster East, Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Clerk, specializing in residential and commercial property transactions. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and drafting legal documents related to property transactions

Conducting title searches and researching property information

Coordinating the settlement process, including liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records

Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed

Staying informed of changes in relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficient in using legal software and databases (LEAP and PEXA experience essential)

Exceptional communication and client service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
