We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the execution phase of a Managed Services Provider (MSP) transition, as they move from their incumbent vendor to a newly appointed provider. The contract has been awarded, and the transition is now in active delivery mode.

This is a high-impact, high-complexity engagement involving two vendors and multiple senior stakeholders across Commercial, Strategy, and IT Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the seamless delivery of the transition while managing risk, vendor accountability, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Focus Areas:

• MSP Transition Delivery: Lead the execution of the MSP transition from the incumbent to the new provider
• Vendor Management: Work closely with both outgoing and incoming vendors to ensure a smooth handover
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align internal teams (Commercial, Strategy, IT Ops) with transition milestones and decisions
• Commercial Oversight: Navigate complex contractual arrangements and ensure commercial compliance
• Governance & Reporting: Maintain program discipline, risk management, and delivery assurance across workstreams

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience delivering complex vendor transition or MSP-related programs, ideally within large-scale or critical infrastructure environments
• Strong background in program/project management with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
• Deep understanding of commercial contracts and transition governance
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity and outcomes under tight timelines
• Highly organized, delivery-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Confidence working across senior business and technical stakeholders
