My client, a leader in the telco space, has an exciting opening for an Program Manager to join them for an initial 10 month daily rate contract, with the view to extend long term. The role will be working on a high priority regulatory infrastructure program.

The requirements:

· Proven experience in end-to-end Programme Management
· Experience in regulatory compliance focussed projects
· Experience in telco or critical infrastructure preferred
· Experience in developing and documenting business requirements
· Excellent stakeholder management skills
· SOCI experience highly beneficial
· Strong skills in MS Project
· Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
