Program Manager – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Transformation

Sydney | 12–24 Month Contract | c.$1300 p/d + GST

A leading corporate is embarking on a major finance systems modernisation program and is seeking an experienced Program Manager to steer the delivery of a next-generation Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. This role will shape the future of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the organisation.

About the Role

You will take charge of a significant re-platforming initiative within a broader finance transformation agenda. From selecting the right technology partner to overseeing implementation and embedding improved business processes, you’ll ensure the new EPM solution is fully integrated and delivers measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for the EPM rollout.
• Manage relationships and delivery outcomes across multiple vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the chosen platform.
• Align technical delivery with finance process optimisation to maximise ROI.
• Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams operating across various locations.
• Work closely with executive stakeholders to maintain alignment and secure support.
• Address program challenges with pragmatic, structured solutions.

Your Background

• Extensive experience (8–10+ years) leading enterprise-scale change in large organisations.
• Strong track record managing complex, multi-supplier programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering an EPM solution — exposure to multiple platforms (e.g. Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, IBM, Board) is a plus.
• Skilled in both systems implementation and process transformation.
• Adept at influencing senior decision-makers and guiding cross-business collaboration.
• A proactive leader who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
