We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Architect to join an established Agile AI program and lead the design and delivery of scalable, ethical, and business-aligned AI solutions.

• Location: Sydney-based hybrid model – 3 days onsite

About the Role: This is a strategic role with strong delivery expectations. You’ll be the go-to AI expert across multiple domains including chatbots, contact centres, multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll lead the AI architecture roadmap, influence senior stakeholders, and collaborate across internal and external technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML solutions including chatbot frameworks, document intelligence, and contact centre automation.
• Represent AI architecture in enterprise forums such as the Architecture Review Board.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives and ethical standards.
• Drive architecture discussions across AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors on deployment frameworks and data pipelines.
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational business cases for AI initiatives.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance and support when required.
• Design and implement scalable multi-agent AI systems.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive experience in AI, ML, and data architecture across enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions in complex settings.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with AIgentic or similar tools and frameworks.
• Strong grasp of responsible AI principles and ethical deployment practices.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.
• Self-starter attitude with minimal dependency on hand-holding.
• Previous telco experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
