Company description:

Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is delivering a massive investment in the state's roads. We're delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day.

The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city - providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.

North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We're also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.

Road Programs are also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades.

Come and be a part of our centre of roads excellence.

About the role:

We're looking for someone who's organised, has a sharp eye for detail, and gets genuine satisfaction from keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. • Manage contracts and project administration for the People and Capability Development Services (PCDS) panel - including vendor engagement, invoice processing and budget tracking while ensuring compliance with procurement and finance processes.
  • Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is accurate, up to date and accessible. You'll also generate reports and use data insights to monitor compliance, learner engagement and training outcomes.
  • Support the smooth delivery of learning programs by managing end-to-end logistics such as scheduling, enrolments, communications, technology and venues, and post-session evaluation.
  • Building strong relationships across both public and private sector stakeholders to manage in-house learning programs and ensure program expectations, requests and delivery are well coordinated
