Are you passionate about making complex systems easy to learn and use? Nimo Industries is on the lookout for a skilled technical Learning and Development professional with strong expertise in software training and user enablement to lead training experiences that empower banks, lenders and brokers to thrive on our industry-leading Nimo Banking Platform.

In this role, you’ll combine your understanding of banking and finance, knack for instructional design and training delivery with real-world impact— developing engaging training materials, delivering hands-on sessions, and supporting our clients through their learning journey. Whether it’s a new rollout or an ongoing upskill, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every user gets the most out of Nimo.

Note: On-site role in Melbourne, Australia (remote applicants not accepted).

What you need to have - It is expected that the role holder will have the following qualifications and experience:

Strong background in instructional design and training development, with experience delivering training in a software or technical environment.

In-depth knowledge of banking software solutions, including systems and processes used within the financial services sector.

Experience in training and development within the banking and finance industry, with a focus on customer engagement and product adoption.

Ability to create engaging, learner-focused training content and facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tailor training solutions to meet varying customer needs

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded
