Renowned for building incredible culture and looking after their teams, insights shared with us from their team, they’re seeking a standout Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a driven entrepreneur across multiple thriving ventures.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping the cogs turning, managing priorities, coordinating domestic and international travel, attending trips both in Australia and occasionally overseas, and handling both corporate and personal matters. You’ll have the trust to anticipate needs, make confident decisions & maintain momentum so this leader can focus on growth.
The Role
While working closely with the Executive, balancing competing priorities across multiple businesses, you’ll be in charge of keeping schedules, projects & logistics in check. From minute-taking and tender coordination to travel planning and event organisation, each day offers a new set of opportunities.
The Responsibilities
- Complex diary & travel management (corporate & personal)
- Coordinating domestic & international trips, including accompanying the Executive where required
- Supporting tender processes, logistics planning & key projects
- Liaising with stakeholders across childcare, transport & hospitality
- Minute-taking & meeting coordination, and attendance
- Managing inbox, expenses, files & confidential information
- Assisting with events & business-wide initiatives
- Supporting the executive with business aqusitions, purchasing and sale of commercial and residential properties
- Ability to be involved in business development activities
The Requirements
You’ll bring proven PA or EA experience and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Skilled at keeping priorities in check, you’re a natural organiser who can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. Your strong communication, sharp problem-solving and tech-savvy approach mean you can hit the ground running. Experience in transport, logistics or childcare is a bonus, but it’s your proactive mindset, adaptability, and ability to work independently that will set you apart.
