They are now seeking a proven Senior Architect who will be responsible for leading their own team of 5-8 Architects. DUTIES.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of an architecture team.
• Oversee construction stages and project delivery.
• Liaise directly with clients, attend site, manage consultants.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
• NSW Registered Architect required. NSW Design Practitioner ideal.
• Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects, particularly construction/delivery stage.
