Location: Taree, NSW (Mid North Coast – 3 hours north of Sydney)
Level: Senior Associate / Special Counsel (Minimum 5+ PAE)
Salary: Commensurate with experience – open and flexible

The Role
This is a leadership opportunity for a senior property lawyer to step in and head up the Property Division. The practice includes:

• Sale and purchase of business
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Motel transactions
• Subdivision work (minimal)
• Overflow domestic conveyancing (when the conveyancer is away)

You’ll be supported by an experienced legal secretary and excellent systems, and there’s no need to bring your own clients – the work is already there.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 5 years’ PAE in property law
• Enjoys mentoring and working closely with a small team
• May have country roots or is seeking a move to a regional lifestyle
• Is seeking long-term stability
