About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Insurance Estimators to join a respected national builder delivering residential and light commercial repair work across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.

The work is based from the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast - with the bulk in and around Brisbane. For the right candidate, there’s potential for a desktop-based estimating role working from the office (or remotely) instead of attending sites.

If you’re confident in scoping, pricing, and managing stakeholder expectations, you’ll find a busy but rewarding pipeline, a collaborative team, and strong systems to back you up.

Key Responsibilities

Scope and estimate insurance repair projects (residential/light commercial)

Prepare accurate quotes in line with insurer requirements

Liaise with adjusters, clients, and internal teams

Review trade reports, photos, and supporting documentation

Ensure timely submission of estimates and smooth project handover

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in insurance estimating or assessing

Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and standards

Familiarity with scoping tools (Buildxact, ScopeLogic, or similar)

High attention to detail and clear communication skills

Knowledge of building codes and current construction pricing
