Estimator – Gold Coast & Northern NSW

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team and help deliver building and fit-out projects that make a difference—particularly in the insurance, charitable, church-based, and not-for-profit sectors.

Your Opportunity

This is a chance for a construction professional with proven estimating experience to contribute to a growing company with a strong strategic direction and a guiding philosophy of “We Care”.

You will be responsible for quoting and pricing a wide range of commercial and insurance-based building projects, helping shape the way we serve communities through excellence in delivery and care in client relationships.

About You

You will bring:

Proven experience in estimating building and construction projects (essential).

Prior insurance estimating experience is welcomed and highly regarded.

Sound understanding of construction methods and pricing approaches.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs and scope building.

Familiarity with procurement processes and trade coordination.

Clear communication skills with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

The ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates concurrently.
