Role – Insurance Estimator Assessors Gold Coast
Continuing to strengthen their service offering to major insurers, they are now looking for an experience building professional to join their Gold Coast team.

• Visit average 4 sites per day, assessing damaged residential properties against policies
• Determine cause of damage & viability of claims, whilst providing high level customer service
• Prepare repair cost estimations, repair methodology & reports to submit to clients
• Work efficiently leveraging an effective software system & systems
• Enjoy flexible working from home, whilst collaborating with the team remotely
• Be supported by dedicated administration support, full training, great systems and an engaged management team

Experience

• Trade qualified with experience pricing / estimating building works and/or insurance building works

Plus

• Understanding of building methodology
• Confident using technology
• Great customer service & communication skills & able to be empathise with clients
• Certificate lV Building may be advantageous, though not essential
