The Role
Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming work, the team is looking to bring on an experienced Estimator. This role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values teamwork, and is confident managing detailed costings for diverse project types.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects up to $30M

Conduct take-offs and BOQs using CostX

Interpret plans, specifications, and tender documentation

Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and evaluate pricing

Work closely with senior leadership to shape tender strategy

Assist with tender submissions, negotiations, and project handover

What You Bring

10+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction

Strong attention to detail and cost accuracy

Proficiency in CostX

Solid understanding of project delivery methods and construction systems

Background in either contracting or quantity surveying welcomed

Ability to manage multiple tenders concurrently
