We are currently looking for an Estimator based in Brisbane / Gold Coast, with a minimum of 2 years' estimating experience working within the Queensland Commercial Construction Industry.

The right Candidate must have the follow attributes:

Minimum 2 years' experience working within the Queensland Commercial Construction Industry.

A professional approach including a high level of verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A combination of technical knowledge, practical skills and soft skills including a strong understanding of construction processes.

The ability to interpret technical documents.

Proficiency with estimating software.

Strategic thinking.

A positive approach to change.

A confident manner.
