Working at a boutique litigation firm | 30 hours over 5 days a week | Lots of variety in this role....

The Role

As an Office Manager of a well established commercial litigation practice, your duties will include:

  • Human resources including end to end recruitment, performance management, onboarding and offboarding processes, training staff, overseeing administration staff,
  • Manage equipment, working with the IT providers, premises management.
  • Trust accounting, trust payments, end of month trust reconciliations, trust receipting,
  • Billing, liaising with external Accountant, controlling petty cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable,
  • cashflow reporting, fee earner reporting, workflow reporting, financial reporting.
  • They use Smoke Ball and Xero.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 3 years office management experience within a law firm. Bookkeeping experience is also essential.

The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary

Well established boutique law firm of 8 staff in their CBD office. Specialise in Commercial Litigation Law. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $90-105,000 + Super (pro rata'd).
