We are a single practitioner specialist pain practice. We are seeking a FULL TIME Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. We are a small team and are committed to providing an exceptional standard of care to our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Answering and screening incoming calls
Diary and database management
Making new patient appointments
Reception/ Front desk management
Meet and greet patients
Patient invoicing and collection
Data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
General office support
This is a mixed role with a combination of on site and working from home reception work.
**Candidate Profile:**
Experience in medical reception required
Must be willing to travel amongst various locations in the Inner East and South East locations
Highly organised and efficient
Ability to follow instructions and strictly adhere to the practice processes and protocols
Confident with figures and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Multitasking and time management skills
