Rentco Transport Equipment rentals head office has an opportunity for a driven individual with attention to detail to join our Corporate Office.
Full Time position - Monday to Friday
Dynamic and friendly team
Key responsibilities will include:
Basic reception duties
Booking corporate travel & accommodation
Stationary Ordering
Keeping kitchen fully stocked and clean
Uniform ordering
Sending weekly TOLL airbags to other branches
Event Planning occasionally
Assisting with Regos & Tolls
Assist with the accurate and timely entering and coding of invoices across multiple entities
Verify information such as coding and matching with purchase orders
Assist with Ad hoc Administration as required
Assist with debt collection when required
Applicants need to have:
A minimum of 2 years experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software (Sage highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
