Position: We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist full time.

The role is Monday to Friday. Hours 8.30 am - 4.30pm.

The Role:

The duties of the receptionist include but are not limited to:

Ensure all phone calls are answered in a timely manner & screened to the appropriate team member. Training will be provided but the willingness to answer phone calls as they arrive is vital.

Taking and recording messages to company process will be required

Meet, greet and assist with the requirements of clients and suppliers

Liaise with builders, sub-contractors & management

Website enquiries

Monitoring emails

Job processing

Assisting the Office Manager when required

Scheduling appointments for Sales Reps

General administration support

The Ideal Candidate:

* Confident multi-tasker who works well under pressure

* High level of organisation and time management skills

* Exceptional customer service & communication skills

* Must be able to handle high volume of calls

* MYOB & Ascora (advantage)
