The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team 3 days per week for Maternity Leave Coverage with the possibility of extending beyond the initial period.
You’ll need to be available to work 3 days per week between the hours of
8.30am – 3.30pm.
The position has an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer email/phone enquiries
Scheduling customer bookings
General administrative duties relevant to the business ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Contribute to the maintenance of strong, positive relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes
Exceptional customer service skills
Polite phone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
