Safety Plus Australia is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Services Administrator to support our busy Services Department with inspection scheduling, compliance reporting, and customer coordination.

Work with national clients across construction, facilities management, and compliance sectors

What you’ll do:

Schedule inspections and recertification works across multiple projects

Liaise with customers and internal teams to confirm site access, documentation, and reporting requirements

Prepare and issue compliance reports and safety certificates

Maintain accurate records in Uptick and Microsoft 365

Monitor calendars, deadlines, and service goals

Support continuous improvement of administrative and scheduling processes

What we’re looking for:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Ability to learn industry systems (experience with Uptick or Touchstone an advantage)

Previous admin or scheduling experience in construction, technical services, or compliance is highly regarded
