Coordinate pre-meeting briefings and post-meeting follow-up actions
Research and evaluate new opportunities aligned with the Director’s business goals
Brand, Media & Profile Building
Ensure all outward-facing communication and content is polished, aligned and brand-consistent
Draft bios, pitches and press responses that reflect PSCO’s premium positioning

BRAND INTEGRITY COMES FIRST
At PSCO, quality is not negotiable. In this role, you are a brand guardian — responsible for ensuring that across every project, task, communication and process, the tone, presentation, and experience reflect PSCO.’s standing as an industry leader. Whether preparing a proposal, writing an email, or coordinating a vendor, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will uphold and protect the brand’s reputation.
ABOUT YOU
You are a confident and capable business support professional who thrives on precision, trust and consistency. You understand the responsibility that comes with representing a premium brand and bring both a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to everything you do.
You’ll bring:
2+ years in an executive assistant, or business coordinator role
Previous experience in property, furniture, interiors or procurement is preferred but not essential.
Strong financial capabilities: cashflow tracking, reconciliation, Excel reporting and Xero proficiency
Experience supporting business owners or founders in fast-paced, creative or high-growth environments
Outstanding communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to reflect brand tone and professionalism
Constant up skilling on Social Media skills, knowledge and experience.
Proven experience managing proposals, tenders, or profile-building activities
A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
A valid driver’s licence and vehicle
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
A rare opportunity to work closely with a respected creative entrepreneur during a pivotal growth phase
A seat at the table for high-level brand, business and operational strategy
A trusted role where your ideas, organisation and quality of execution truly matter
Variety across your week — from financial oversight to partnership coordination and cultural planning
A respected and elevated position within a values-led, industry-leading company
This is more than an assistant role — it’s an extension of the Director’s leadership. If you’re driven by excellence, love being behind the scenes of big things, and take pride in delivering work that reflects the highest standards of quality, then we’d love to hear from you.
