What our new Executive Assistant looks like…

We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner, Directors and consulting team in delivering smooth, structured, and high-quality work across a fast-moving portfolio. This is a diverse and rewarding role that sits at the centre of a small, high-performing team.

The role is highly varied – combining executive support, office coordination, project and document management, and light-touch financial and brand activities. You’ll be confident with technology, proactive in your approach, and meticulous in your attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide executive-level administrative support including diary management, meeting logistics, travel bookings, and communication follow-up.

Playing a lead role in the team with regard to technology capability.

Coordinate internal and client-facing activities including project milestones, recruitment logistics, and task tracking.

Draft and format high-quality documents including letters, agendas, minutes, interview packs, and contracts.

Maintain shared project systems, registers, and templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Use business systems confidently including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint and other SaaS, document automation tools.

Provide light-touch bookkeeping and invoicing support.

Oversee office operations including landlord liaison, supplies, and a professional in-office experience.

Support light-touch brand and media tasks, including Canva use, social media scheduling, and content formatting.

Contribute to process improvement and system streamlining to support team efficiency and data integrity.

Someone who enjoys working with digital tools and improving processes to make things run smoothly.

An excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail – someone who takes pride in polished, client-ready work.

A collaborative, respectful presence with confidence interacting across a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience in administration, operations or coordination roles – ideally in a consulting or professional services context.

This is a full-time role, with time split between our West Perth office and working from home, with occasional work directly with clients. We’re open to flexible work arrangements, including part-time hours or school-friendly schedules for the right candidate.
