Junior Accountant – Onsite | Picton NSW | $65K–$75K + Super

Looking to grow your accounting career in a supportive team environment? We’re hiring a Junior Accountant to join a friendly finance team onsite in Picton, a beautiful country town just outside Sydney.

This is a full-time role (38 hours/week) with a well-established business operating across NSW.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform bank reconciliations, GL postings, and account reconciliations
• Assist with BAS lodgements, PAYG, and month-end journals
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting
• Help compile monthly financials and KPI data
• Contribute to EOFY prep, audits, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years’ accounting experience in a similar role
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Attache or similar systems is a bonus
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management
• Must have full working rights in Australia
