The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

Accounts Payable Processing and Payments. Including Bill Processing in an online approval system

Perform daily bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

Month end general ledger journal posting and expense account analysis

Month end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

Payroll processing procedures

Assist in the preparation GST returns

Manage Fixed Assets register

Ad-hoc accounting and administration duties as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

2 to 5 years work experience.

Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Commerce or/and Finance

Accounting/bookkeeping skills.

Exposure to Xero accounting package

Meeting deadlines
