About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to support our growing team at JoineryX. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in finance and admin with hands-on experience across multiple facets of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting our Financial Controller with daily finance tasks
Processing and managing purchase orders
Assisting with payroll administration and staff records
General administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting software (experience Xero a bonus)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous admin or accounts experience preferred but not essential
