We are currently seeking a full-time Property Management Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about building a long-term career in real estate.

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate of Registration or Assistant Agent Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

A genuine interest in a career in Property Management

A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset

Availability to work Saturdays (with time-in-lieu during the week)

A willingness to grow, learn, and take on new challenges

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and assist with Saturday open homes

Support inspections (ingoing, outgoing, and routine)

Manage leasing enquiries and process tenant applications

Coordinate maintenance and liaise with tenants and tradespeople

Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
