About the Role:

As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll work closely with our property managers to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio. Your role will be varied and fast-paced, involving everything from tenant and landlord communication to lease administration, maintenance coordination, and general support.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property management or assistant role

Genuine passion for Property Management and client service

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A positive attitude and team player mindset

High attention to detail and confidence using property software

Current driver's licence

Applicants must hold a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
