About the role

We are seeking a receptionist/ admin and complementary medicine dispenser to join our team at The Good Life Clinic Prahran, VIC on a part-time basis. This role is a vital part of supporting our busy clinic with client appointment management, medicine compounding and dispensing, and of course providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional manner.

Managing phone calls, messages and client communications.

Scheduling and coordinating client appointments and bookings via Cliniko.

Maintaining accurate client records, accounts and data entry.

Dispensing of complementary medicines (tinctures, homeopathic) and supplements.

Providing general dispensary support, including stock ordering, stock unpacking and postage of customer orders.

Ensuring a clean, tidy and organised reception and dispensary area.

Contributing to the overall smooth running of the clinic.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role

Knowledge or interest in complementary and alternative medicine

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in general administrative tasks, and preferably experience in Cliniko.

A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
