Qualifications & experience

Some Admin Skills and customer service skills would be preferred, however we will provide you with training

Retail background might be useful as we are also a retail footwear store

Fantastic telephone skills

Good and clear communication skills

Able to use Web based clinical software- Canva, Microsoft office, Wix/shopify store related, internet websites.

Able to use Microsoft Office- Word and Excel preferable.

Tasks & responsibilities

For the right candidate, you will receive our 6 week onboarding training in the following tasks: Reception duties - meeting and greeting of patientsLearning about footwear fittingFootwear sales- Revere, Dr Comfort etc.

Be comfortable with social media, content creation.

We seek someone with the following traits: Outgoing, leadership, interpersonal, accountability, confidence.

Our interdependent team work to maintain an environment where all our staff can learn from and support one another.

​This position requires the successful applicant to be a team player who can integrate and work together with our team and our customers.

We are seeking a gun front of service team member be available to work at least 2-3 days per week in view of going onto office manager position depending on performance

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in health-related or footwear sectors

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of allied health services and customer needs in footwear retail

Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment

A customer-focused mindset with a passion for health and wellness

This position will commence with an induction period preferably starting as soon as possible. We will provide full training to the right candidate to make sure it's a smooth transition.
